1. Agreement to Terms

IN NO EVENT SHALL 24JL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO 24JL IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gambling, or failure to verify your identity when requested.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause, any outstanding account balance may be forfeited. If termination is initiated by 24jl without cause, we will return any remaining account balance after deducting any outstanding debts or obligations you owe to us.
